Happy Wood produces the full birch plywood. All of our birch materials are imported from Russia. And our birch plywood are FSC certified.
We produce full birch plywood because of several reasons:
The density of Birch is much higher than other wood species like Pine, Spruce, Eucalyptus, etc. Full Birch Plywood is extremely hard and stable plywood providing reliable technical features, in particular,the Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Modulus of Rupture (MOR), Bending Strength, Nail Holding Strength.
Appearance of Russian (Baltic) birch is very attractive and suitable for premium furniture and decoration.
We produce regular full birch plywood classified the following way:
By glue.
– Exterior WBP Water proof Glue, BFU100
– Interior MR-Moisture Resistant glue.
In both cases formaldehyde emission is E0 and CARB Phase 2 certified (EPA)
By sizes
Available sizes are:
1220*2440 mm or 1250*2500 mm long and short grain (4'*8')
1250*3050 mm or 1220*3000 mm short grain (4'*10')
1525*3050 mm or 1500*3000 mm short grain (5'*10')
Cut To Size is an option to be discussed
By grades
Regular grades are: B/BB, BB/BB, BB/CP, CP/CP, CP/C sanded
Special grades and special assembly of plywood are also available.
