Film faced plywood for smooth fairfaced concrete surfaces,the FinPly formwork panel has been designed for the highest requirements, and it is used as a wall and slab formwork panel. It has a crosswise bonded birch veneer construction, a BFU 100 bonding according to DIN 68705, and it is coated on both sides with a 220 g/m² reinforced phenolic resin coating. Smooth, flat concrete surfaces are generated with FinPly panels. Apart from the regular standard dimensions of 1.25 m x 2.5 m and 1.5 m x 3.0 m, also special lengths are available (1.5 m x 3.6 m and/or 4.0 m).


High-quality plywood for almost any type of application

Birch is used in almost all areas for walls and slabs. The plywood panel is available in thicknesses of only 6.5 mm to up to 40 mm. Birch is used for concrete surfaces with higher requirements. Crosswise bonded birch veneers with filmfaced coating of phenolic resin with 120 g/m² on both sides as well as BFU 100 bonding are characteristic for this panel.


Metsa Wood Form Plus is a 100% birch construction, smooth-faced wood panel for different formwork applications. Edges are sealed with water-resistant paint. Panels are produced using phenolic resin with low polluting emissions that meet the European E-1 norm. 220/220 g/m² overlay. Plywood surface is moisture repellant due to treatment.
